I think I have sleeping sickness or something. I've been waking up at noon. And going to sleep at like... 11 or 12 at night. (Who sleeps for twelve hours?!) And then, when I wake up, I'm tired. And I'm tired all day until I go to sleep and sleep for twelve hours. This has been going on for four or five days. I looked it up on the internet, and apparently I either have some sort of thyroid problem, or I'm clinicly depressed. I vote the latter, but it's lurking around in my subconcious if anything, because I thought I was having a good week. I have good books, been spending a lot of time outside by myself. Think I might go out rollerblading again--and when I go rollerblading I smile like my face is going to break in half, but when I get home I'm tired again and have to take a nap.
Am I not eating enough? Or the right things? Or do I need counseling. ._.
School soon. Counseling is free there. But I don't think they'll be able to help me with eating right.
